Combat Flows provides an in-depth exploration of diverse combative sequences, transitioning smoothly between kickboxing, clinch trapping, and ground fighting. The concept of flow—integrating techniques across different ranges of combat—is central to effective martial arts operation, requiring heightened situational awareness and refined attributes. Consequently, the content is tailored toward practitioners with prior experience in Jeet Kune Do or similar comprehensive combat arts, and is not intended for beginners or solely sport-oriented practitioners.

The application features 16 distinct combative flows rooted in Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do philosophy, incorporating techniques inspired by Savate, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Shoot Wrestling, BJJ, Catch Wrestling, Filipino Arts, among others. This eclectic mix underscores a broad approach to real-world self-defense and tactical adaptability.

Peter Chassikos is a seasoned Jeet Kune Do instructor with over 25 years of martial arts experience, active since the late 1980s. He holds certifications as a Jeet Kune Do instructor, a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu, and a third-degree black belt in Kickboxing. His expertise has been recognized through features in Black Belt Magazine (North America) and Combat Magazine (UK), along with seminars delivered across North America and Europe.

As head of Toronto JKD, Peter Chassikos has developed a distinctive training methodology that honors Bruce Lee’s original teachings while advancing modern combat techniques. This fusion defines what we identify as true mixed martial arts—CombatMMA.
